Catapult Master: Fun Simple Maths Game for Kids

Catapult Master is a fun simple maths game for kids. The player counts the distance the enemy is and adds the corresponding number of stone weights to the catapult. The catapult fires and destroys the enemy. If the player mis-counts, disaster! The enemy runs towards the catapult and destroys it.

The game introduces addition in the second round. The enemy spawns on blocks which need to be added to the distance.

The game was created on Google AI Studio with Gemini 3 Pro Preview. The prompt asked for it to be built with HTML5 in a canvas.

Why did you make this game?

I made this game for my son, as a fun way to teach counting and addition. I have found that trying to teach such subjects directly can be difficult. Whereas putting the lessons within a game can be more effective. I am also very much enjoying building these games and it continues on quite a few I have built now with AI. It still amazes me how good AI is.
